After a sizzling performance alongside Brittney Spencer at the 2024 CMT Music Awards, Parker McCollum's equally fiery single, 'Burn It Down', has reached the pinnacle of the UK Radio Country Airplay for the week of April 5.

Spawning from his 2023 album, Never Enough, which "cement[ed] his graduation from prodigy to powerhouse", 'Burn It Down' has been scorching the charts since its release last June, finally making its way atop the U.S. Country Airplay chart in tandem with the UK equivalent.

The song rises from last week's spot at No. 5, dethroning Jordan Davis' 'Tucson Too Late' which drops down to No. 2. Lifting one spot to No. 3 is Kane Brown's 'I Can Feel It', followed by Ashley Cooke's 'your place' in the fourth position.

Making the most significant jump this week is Dasha's viral hit, 'Austin', which surges from No. 15 into the Top 5.

Elsewhere, Sam Hunt's newest offering to country radio, 'Outskirts', shoots up ten spots to No. 8. Further down, country outfit Old Dominion's nostalgic 'Memory Lane' makes big moves from No. 57, cracking into the Top 20.

The UK Radio Country Airplay chart is the first genre-specific radio chart in the country and is produced by Radiomonitor and the CMA's UK Task Force. The data is compiled from several UK country radio stations, including Absolute Radio Country, BBC Radio 2 - The Country Show with Bob Harris, CountryLine: The Big 615, Downtown Country Radio and Smooth Country Radio.
