This week on the UK Radio Country Airplay chart, Riley Green claims his very first solo No. 1 with the sultry 'Change My Mind.'
Included on his 2024 record, Don't Mind If I Do, 'Change My Mind' was released last October and has since become one of the standout tunes in Green's glistening songbook. The tantalizing offering marks the Alabama native's very first solo No. 1 on the survey after achieving a joint chart-topper with Ella Langley last July with 'you look like you love me.'
Green dethrones Jelly Roll's 'Heart of Stone,' which enjoyed two consecutive weeks atop the survey, but this week drops to No. 2. Filling in the remainder of the Top 5 are Megan Moroney's '6 Months Later,' Lainey Wilson's 'Somewhere Over Laredo' and Russell Dickerson's 'Happen To Me.'
Elsewhere, this week's Top 20 sees most of the same cast of characters with four returning entries to cap it off. Old Dominion's 'Making Good Time' takes No. 17, Ashley Cooke's 'the hell you are' comes in at No. 18, Riley Green & Ella Langley's 'Don't Mind If I Do' claims No. 19 and Thomas Rhett's 'After All The Bars Are Closed' closes out the upper ranks.
The UK Radio Country Airplay chart is the first genre-specific radio chart in the country, and is produced by Radiomonitor and the CMA's UK Task Force. The data is compiled from several UK country radio stations, including Absolute Radio Country, BBC Radio 2 - The Country Show with Bob Harris, CountryLine, Downtown Country Radio and Smooth Country Radio.
