After more than two straight months, the UK Radio Country Airplay chart has a new top song as Tucker Wetmore's 'Brunette' finally overtakes Ella Langley's 'Choosin' Texas.'
Included on his sophomore album, What Not To, 'Brunette' made instant impressions upon its release in April 2025. Becoming quite the live wire performance across Wetmore's packed touring schedule, the infectious single also sits in the Top 25 on the US equivalent chart.
The rest of this week's UK Top 5 sees Morgan Wallen's '20 Cigarettes' rising one to No. 2, while starlet Langley's 'Choosin' Texas' falls to No. 3. Shaboozey & Jelly Roll's 'Amen' leaps to No. 4 and Luke Combs' 'Sleepless In A Hotel Room' seals the upper echelon.
Elsewhere, this week's Top 20 sees a few new and returning faces with Keith Urban's 'HEART LIKE A HOMETOWN' soaring from No. 57 to No. 11, and Ashley Cooke's 'baby blues' gains nine spots to land at No. 13.
The UK Radio Country Airplay chart is the first genre-specific radio chart in the country, and is produced by Radiomonitor and the CMA's UK Task Force. The data is compiled from several UK country radio stations, including Absolute Radio Country, BBC Radio 2 - The Country Show with Bob Harris, CountryLine, Downtown Country Radio and Smooth Country Radio.
