The accolades keep stacking up for Carly Pearce, with the Kentucky native receiving three nods ahead of the 2023 ACM Awards.

The ‘Next Girl’ hitmaker has earned nominations for Female Artist of the Year, Single of the Year and Visual Media of the Year.

Pearce's smash hit single, ‘What He Didn't Do’, is up for the latter, with the evocative music video undoubtedly a key contender for the gong.

In order to be crowned victorious in the 2023 Visual Media of the Year category, Carly Pearce will have to overcome stiff competition from HARDY and Lainey Wilson (‘wait in the truck’), Kane Brown and Katelyn Brown (‘Thank God’), Cole Swindell (‘She Had Me At Heads Carolina’) and Kelsea Ballerini (‘HEARTFIRST’).

‘What He Didn't Do’ recently took the top spot at Country Radio, becoming Pearce's fourth career No. 1, and she'll be hoping it can emulate the awards success of her much-loved Ashley McBryde collaboration, ‘Never Wanted To Be That Girl’, which won the 2023 Grammy for Best Country Duo / Group Performance’.

‘Never Wanted To Be That Girl’ has been nominated for the 2023 ACM Award for Single of the Year, while Carly Pearce's third and final nod comes in the Female Artist of the Year category.

Although she didn't take home any accolades at the 2023 CMT Awards, Carly Pearce impressed the crowd with two show-stopping performances.

Attendees at the 2023 ACM Awards, which will also take place in Texas, will be hoping Pearce is soon confirmed as a performer at the event.

The ACM nominations arrive during a momentous month for Carly Pearce, who recently graced the stage at the Grand Ole Opry for the 100th time, and shortly after, was awarded two new RIAA plaques in recognition of ‘What He Didn't Do’ going Platinum and ‘I Hope You're Happy Now’ being certified three-times Platinum.

The 2023 ACM Awards, which have been scheduled for May 11, are due to be hosted by the legendary Garth Brooks and Dolly Parton, with the latter also having hosted last year's event.
