Morgan Wallen has at long last released his fan-favourite song, ‘Lies, Lies, Lies’, following months of teasers, snippets and live performances of the stormy, heartbroken ballad.

The track arrived after Morgan's momentous performance at BST Hyde Park in London - the biggest country concert in the UK's history - during which the Sneedville megastar delivered ‘Lies, Lies, Lies’ during the captivating acoustic section of his set.

Thankfully, the newly unveiled studio rendition of ‘Lies, Lies, Lies’, stays close to the version Morgan Wallen recorded as part of his celebrated Abbey Road Sessions project while in the UK in December for his O2 Arena performance. The simmering, undulating guitar riff fuses with Morgan's charismatic drawl as he croons about how he isn't missing his ex - before dismissing his words as ’Lies, Lies, Lies’.

It's a tender offering with an edge, with the brooding instrumental creating an ominous ambience, while Morgan's stellar vocals bring the vulnerability of the track to the fore.

First teased back in February during an intimate Nashville writers’ round with HARDY, ERNEST and Larry Fleet, ‘Lies, Lies, Lies’ has quickly become a staple of Morgan Wallen's setlist, with the track set to be the lead single from his forthcoming album.

Now that ‘Lies, Lies, Lies’ has officially been released on streaming platforms, we're hoping this means the rollout for Morgan Wallen's One Thing At A Time follow-up album will be picking up pace, with other much-loved tracks such as ‘Love Somebody’, ‘I Guess’ and ‘Come Back as a Redneck’ all expected to feature on the project.
