It's been confirmed that 49 Winchester will be performing at Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion 2023. The traditional-leaning, alt-country show-stoppers wowed fans at the 2022 instalment of the festival - so much so that they have been rewarded with a central role at the 2023 event.

The news caps off an eventful year for 49 Winchester, with the Virginia troubadours having released their acclaimed Fortune Favors the Bold album on New West Records in May.

The project revolves around the theme of longing for home, which, for 49 Winchester, is the unassuming small town of Castlewood, Virginia.

Fans at Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion 2023 can expect to hear an array of tracks from Fortune Favors the Bold, along with a number of 49 Winchester classics that have quickly turned into festival favourites.

The rest of the 2023 performers are yet to be announced, but after 2022's list of impressive bookings, the festival will no doubt be another unmissable occasion for country and Americana aficionados.

Shortly after the unveiling of 49 Winchester, Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion 2023 announced that VIP packages have been made available to fans for the first time.

These include a range of camping, glamping and hotel options. VIP packages are available.
