Tortuga Festival 2023 has unveiled a star-studded line-up, which pivots around the headlining trio of Shania Twain, Kenny Chesney and Eric Church. The festival will take place at Fort Lauderdale Beach, Florida on April 14-16 2023.
The sun-kissed festival has a strong track record of drawing the biggest names in country music to its shores, and 2023 will prove no different. After making her widely celebrated comeback earlier in 2022 with the release of a new single, ‘Waking Up Dreaming’, fans will no doubt be eager to see Shania Twain take to the Tortuga stage in April. By this point, Shania Twain's album, Queen of Me, will be out, and the Floridian crowds will be treated to a combination of these new songs and classics, such as 'Man! I Feel Like A Woman' and 'That Don't Impress Me Much'.
Joining Shania Twain will be Kenny Chesney, who is no stranger to beachside, tropical-country parties. Armed with an arsenal of island-themed hits, including 'No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problems' and 'When the Sun Goes Down', Chesney will help to bring an abundance of summertime vibes to the festival.
Eric Church rounds out the list of headliners, and the 2021 ACM Entertainer of the Year will be packing up his eclectic mix of drinking songs, fiery anthems introspective ballads and taking them straight to Fort Lauderdale Beach.
The festival directly benefits the Rock the Ocean Foundation, which contributes towards conservation efforts. So far, in the ten years since the Tortuga Festival was first set up, fans have raised more than $2,000,000.
In 2022, artists such as Morgan Wallen, Thomas Rhett, Luke Combs and Lainey Wilson descended on Tortuga Festival. 2023's instalment is expected to continue the festival's consolidation as one of the most hotly anticipated features of the festival calendar.
