Dan + Shay have won the ACM Award for Duo of the Year.
The record-breaking duo have won this award for the third consecutive time. Early this year they picked up a Grammy Award for Best Country Duo/Group Performance for their collaboration with Justin Bieber on ’10,000 Hours’.
The pair of Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney accepted their award at The Bluebird Cafe, where they had performed their brand new single 'Glad You Exist' just before accepting the award.
"Thank you to ACM, everybody who voted for us and all the other nominees in this category" stated Smyers, before Mooney offered "This is So Special".
Previous winners in this category include Conway Twitty and Loretta Lynn, The Judds, who won the award in five consecutive years and Sugarland.
Four of the five nominees had won the award previously, the only duo to have missed out being Maddie and Tae.
