Zach Bryan has taken to X (formerly Twitter) to confirm his plans to compile his much-loved Belting Bronco sessions into an album, featuring Charles Wesley Godwin, J.R. Carroll and more.
In response to a fan asking if Zach's Belting Bronco recordings will ever be made available on streaming platforms, the ‘I Remember Everything’ singer-songwriter outlined, “Yes! Once we get the next few done, going to release them as a project!”
Excitingly, this seemingly means Zach Bryan has a few more Belting Bronco episodes up his sleeves, with the Oklahoma native then set to release them all together as a full-length album.
Zach Bryan's shared the first instalment of his Belting Bronco series in 2020, with each session featuring an artist performing a series of tracks from the back of Zach's now-iconic Ford Bronco.
The unique, innovative series has grown in popularity with each release, with the latest episode, featuring Zach Bryan's good buddy and ‘Jamie’ collaborator, Charles Wesley Godwin, becoming one of the most celebrated Belting Bronco sessions yet.
Alongside Charles, Zach's Belting Bronco series has spotlighted J.R. Carroll, Slade Coulter, Kat Hasty and Jonathan & Abby Peyton, all of whom would presumably appear on the full project. The sessions have become such a cult classic that the ‘Something in the Orange’ hitmaker even named his label imprint in honour of them.
We're already looking forward to seeing who Zach Bryan recruits for the next few Belting Bronco instalments, but given the emphasis he usually places on showcasing up-and-coming alt-country and Americana talent, we reckon the likes of Sierra Ferrell, Wyatt Flores and Dylan Gossett would deliver stellar sessions.
We'd also love to see Noah Kahan clamber into the back of Zach's Ford to perform their thrilling 2023 duet, ‘Sarah's Place’, alongside a few Stick Season stand-outs.
