As the excitement continues to build for Sierra Ferrell's upcoming series of US dates, the West Virginia maverick has now added to the sense of anticipation by unveiling the tour's list of supporting acts.
Jaime Wyatt, The Cactus Blossoms, Willi Carlisle, Jeremie Albino and American Aquarium will be opening for Ferrell's Long Time Going tour, with the support varying from show to show.
In addition to these dates, Ferrell recently added a special set at Colorado's Red Rocks Amphitheatre, alongside Greensky Bluegrass, on September 16.
The singer-songwriter performed at the sky-high amphitheatre in 2022, and her Colorado fanbase will no doubt be looking forward to welcoming her back to the iconic venue later this year.
The supporting cast for Ferrell's Long Time Going tour is as refreshingly eclectic as her music, with a suite of alt-country prodigies due to join her out on the road.
Jaime Wyatt is a key figure in the emerging crop of outlaw country artists, while Willi Carlisle will be bringing his powerful, folk-driven sound to a number of Ferrell's April dates.
The Cactus Blossoms and Jeremie Albino have also been added to Ferrell's line-up, with American Aquarium completing the roster of supporting artists. They'll be performing an array of hits from their expansive catalogue, as well as tracks from their 2022 album, Chicamacomico.
Alongside Sierra Ferrell's US and Canada tour dates, the experimental singer-songwriter will be playing at a slew of festivals, including DelFest, FreshGrass Festival, High Water Festival and Denmark's Tønder Festival.
Ferrell provided ticket-holders with a teaser of what they can look forward to during her New Year's Eve Circus Spectacular, which was widely lauded for its electric, carnivalesque atmosphere.
