During his recent Nissan Stadium performance, Morgan Wallen confirmed his eagerly anticipated Nashville bar, This Bar, will officially launch on Memorial Day Weekend 2024.

The ‘Thought You Should Know’ singer-songwriter shared the exciting news to his packed-out home-state crowd, revealing, “A lot of y'all know that I got a bar opening up soon down here in Nashville. It's over on 4th Avenue the other side of the Ryman, and it's gonna be opening Memorial Day Weekend so I hope I see y'all there”.

Morgan Wallen's closing remarks about how he hopes “to see y'all there” are seemingly a hint that the country megastar will be making an in-person appearance during the launch. It's likely he'll also perform, given the fact that This Bar will be home to three live music stages, in addition to six bars across six stories.

While Morgan Wallen was completing his blockbuster triple-header at Nashville's Nissan Stadium, This Bar ran a series of pop-up stores offering fans exclusive merchandise.

The ‘Last Night’ hitmaker is due to take the stage at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena in Ridgedale, Missouri on the first day of Memorial Day Weekend, Saturday, May 25th.

As a result, some are speculating that This Bar will be opening its doors on either May 26th or May 27th, with Morgan Wallen then available to perform during one of his days away from tour. In addition to three stages and six bars, This Bar - which has been created in partnership with TC Restaurant Group - will feature a menu curated by Morgan and Chef Tomasz Wosiak, along with an open-air rooftop.

Morgan Wallen's This Bar launch date announcement comes in the same week that reports have emerged regarding Lainey Wilson's forthcoming Nashville bar, which is set to replace FGL House on Broadway. The opening date for this is yet to be revealed.
