Jelly Roll and Riley Green shared the stage at the Grand Ole Opry during iHeartMedia Nashville's The BIG 98's Friendsgiving, which benefited St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
The duo delivered a swaggering rendition of their recent collaboration, ’Copenhagen in a Cadillac’, which appears on Riley Green's acclaimed 2023 album, Ain't My Last Rodeo.
Riley spoke to Holler earlier in the year to delve into his long-standing friendship with Jelly Roll, as well as revealing how ‘Copenhagen in a Cadillac’ came about, and the two artists’ chemistry was endearingly evident throughout their Opry performance.
Also taking the stage during the star-studded evening was Anne Wilson, Chris Janson, John Crist and Nelly, who performed his colossal hit, ‘Hot in Herre’, alongside Jelly Roll.
The evening was dedicated to aiding St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, which carries out life-saving work and studies to help treat childhood cancers and pediatric diseases.
One of the most heartwarming and moving moments during the Nashville extravaganza arrived when St. Jude cancer survivor, Addie Pratt, emerged on-stage to share her story and discuss how St. Jude helped her with one of The BIG 98 hosts, Brooke Taylor.
