Jaime Wyatt has unveiled her brand new album, Feel Good, with the lead single, ‘World Worth Keeping’, being made available immediately across all platforms.
Feel Good is set to be released on November 3, and will mark Wyatt's first full-length project since her acclaimed 2020 record, Neon Cross, which spawned a plethora of fan-favourites, such as the Shooter Jennings-assisted ‘Hurt So Bad’, ‘Make Something Outta Me’ and ‘Rattlesnake Girl’.
Speaking ahead of the Feel Good announcement, Jaime Wyatt touched on the creative impetus behind the new album, “A lot of us grow up feeling like we have to hide who we are just to be accepted, but that comes from a place of fear and judgment”.
The much-loved California singer-songwriter went on to underline how the upcoming project is underpinned by a resilient and intentional sense of optimism, “I wrote these songs as a way of letting go of all that, as permission to feel good”.
Feel Good was recorded with Adrian Quesada of the Black Pumas band, and covers a range of thematic and sonic territory, incorporating alt-country, Southern soul, classic R&B and more.
Along with the new single, ‘World Worth Keeping’, Feel Good will feature ten hotly anticipated unreleased tracks, including ‘Hold Me One Last Time’, ‘Fugitive’, ‘Jukebox Holiday’, ‘Ain't Enough Whiskey’, ‘Love Is A Place’ and ‘Back To The Country’.
