Hailing from Santa Monica, California, Jaime Wyatt is one of modern outlaw country's leading ladies.
Since releasing her debut album, Felony Blues, in 2017, Wyatt has established herself as a skillful storyteller with a raw and powerfully evocative voice. Never shying away from addressing life's hardships, her debut was deeply autobiographical; a collection of Live from Folsom Prison-esque numbers that traverse honky tonk, 70s rock and love odes, telling stories of her time in jail and drug usage.
Her following albums, 2020's critically acclaimed Neon Cross and 2023's Feel Good have seen Wyatt step into her prime, fusing into soul, country rock and Americana throughout her characteristic songwriting.
Talking about her most recent record, Wyatt shared, “I spent a lot of my life feeling like it was selfish to want to feel good, that women were supposed to be meek and quiet and submissive. I wasn’t born like that, though, and these songs were a big part of learning not just to accept myself, but to love myself, because if you can’t love yourself, then nobody can.”
Now living in Nashville, TN, Jaime Wyatt is signed to New West Records and frequently collaborates with artists and producers including Shooter Jennings, Sam Outlaw and more.
