The 2023 Barefoot Country Music Fest line-up just got a whole lot ‘REDNECKER’, with Mississippi songsmith HARDY being added to the star-studded roster of performers.
He joins the likes of Lainey Wilson, Blake Shelton, Darius Rucker, Lady A, Parker McCollum, Jon Pardi, Riley Green, The Cadillac Three, Kid Rock, Parmalee and Cheat Codes on the impressive bill.
Fans will be hoping HARDY will team up with his good pal and collaborator Lainey Wilson for a special live rendition of their blockbuster No. 1 single, ‘wait in the truck’, which recently earned the duo the 2023 ACM Award for Music Event of the Year.
Earlier in the year, the ominous murder ballad also won the 2023 CMT gong for Collaborative Video of the Year, in recognition of the haunting, visceral visuals that accompanied the single's release.
Next month, the project is set to become one of the only country music videos ever to be screened at the prestigious Tribeca Film Festival in Manhattan, New York.
Attendees at Barefoot Country Music Fest 2023 will be keenly looking forward to seeing the Mississippi maverick performing a range of tracks from his eclectic discography, including his recent US Rock Radio chart-topper, ‘JACK’, and his current single, ‘TRUCK BED’.
HARDY is currently in the middle of his nationwide 2023 tour, with the country-rocker set to join up with Morgan Wallen once again in June for the return of his One Night At A Time world tour.
