Chris Stapleton is a stalwart of the Country Music Awards scene. This year is no different, with the 2023 Superbowl National Anthem crooner receiving four nominations at this year's ACM Awards.

The 'Tennessee Whiskey' singer has been given nods for Entertainer of the Year, Male Artist of the Year and two nominations for Song of the Year, as both the performer and writer of his hit song, 'You Should Probably Leave'.

Stapleton is no stranger to winning these awards - he picked up Male Artist of the Year in 2022, totalling his third win in the category having triumphed in 2016 and 2018.

This is also the eighth year on the trot that Stapleton has been nominated in the category. With this year's nominations, Stapleton now has 32 nominations to his name.

It's already been a celebratory year for Stapleton. Setting the tone for what could happen at the ACMs, he recently picked up a Song of the Year win at the 2023 AIMP Awards, once again for his song 'You Should Probably Leave' alongside fellow songwriters Ashley Gorley and Chris DuBois.

It all precedes Stapleton's 2023 All American Roadshow Tour, which is set to kick off on April 26th in El Paso, Texas.

Hosted by global superstars Dolly Parton and Garth Brooks, "country music’s party of the year”, the 2023 ACM Awards, will stream live exclusively for a global audience on Prime Video on Thursday, May 11 at 8 p.m. ET from the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas.
