Carolina Country Music Fest 2023 was a joyful, sun-soaked extravaganza, with attendees being treated to blistering sets from Lainey Wilson, Miranda Lambert, Brooks & Dunn and more.
Kenny Chesney also delivered a memorable performance, with the ‘No Shoes Nation’ figurehead stepping in to replace Morgan Wallen, who had to remove himself from the 2023 bill.
The ‘Last Night’ hitmaker was forced to take a six-week break from touring as a result of sustaining a vocal chord injury, which meant he had to withdraw from both the 2023 Carolina Country Music Fest and this year's Gulf Coast Jam in Florida.

Although 2023 ticket-holders missed out on seeing the Sneedville megastar, excitingly, Morgan Wallen is the first name to have been placed on the 2024 Carolina Country Music Fest line-up.
Confirmation of this arrived rather creatively, with a series of drones hovering above the Myrtle Beach stage to spell out ‘2024...Morgan Wallen’, much to fans’ delight.
We'll be keeping a close watch on who joins Wallen on the 2024 roster of Carolina Country Music Fest performers. If it's anything like the 2023 event, it'll be another undisputable scorcher.
