Barefoot Country Music Festival has revealed the latest addition to its 2023 line-up. Jon Pardi will take the stage at the Thursday Night Kick-Off Concert, alongside special guest, Michael Ray.
Pardi will bring his wealth of party-starting hits to the Wildwood beachside venue, including ‘Heartache Medication’ and ‘Tequila Little Time’, along with a selection from his 2022 album, Mr. Saturday Night.
Many expected the Californian artist to take home a 2022 CMA Award for Musical Event of the Year or Music Video of the Year, for his swaggering, fun-filled collaboration with Midland, ‘Longneck Way to Go’. Fans will no doubt be hoping that Pardi performs the track during his Thursday Night Kick-Off Concert in June 2023.
Joining Pardi on the opening night of the Barefoot Country Music Fest 2023 will be Michael Ray.
The ‘Her World or Mine’ crooner put out The Bootlegger Sessions EP towards the end of October, and recently confirmed that a new album is in the works.
The Californian-Floridian axis of Pardi and Ray has been added to a main stage line-up that includes Blake Shelton, Darius Rucker, Parker McCollum and Kid Rock.
The 2022 instalment of Barefoot Country Music Fest featured a top-tier array of performers.
Attendees witnessed a range of hard-hitting sets, ranging from the muscled-up anthems of Florida Georgia Line, to the rugged chart-toppers of Eric Church.
