Ella Langley’s highly anticipated The Dandelion Tour kicks off on Thursday, May 7 and fans are bursting with excitement to see the ‘Choosin’ Texas’ hitmaker headline her first arena tour.
With the roaring success of her sophomore album, ‘Dandelion’, a record breaking Billboard Hot 100 number one, a plethora of ACM and CMA awards and now the new face of American Eagle as their ‘Denim Darling’, it’s safe to say Langley has been busy putting the graft in for her career.
Now, she joins icons like Lainey Wilson and Megan Moroney as a female carrying the modern country genre.
‘The Dandelion Tour’ follows her ‘Still Hungover Tour’ from 2025, and will demonstrate her development as an artist and as a person. Her downtime last year allowed her to recalibrate - and inspired her song, ‘Loving Life Again’ - filling her tank and enabling her to hit the ground running in 2026. She’s now flying high and ready to take the stage across America for 16 shows in 12 states, bringing friends Kameron Marlowe, Dylan Marlowe, Kaitlin Butts, Gabriella Rose and Laci Kaye Booth along to support.
Langley hasn’t headlined a full show since her ‘Still Hungover Tour’ in 2025. With the release of her new album, that full tour setlist is bound to look a little different. From her set at Stagecoach, we can infer that the crowd pleasers like ‘you look like you love me’, ‘Choosin’ Texas’ and ‘weren’t for the wind’ are a guarantee. She’s also added in the most talked about songs from her latest record such as ‘Bottom Of Your Boots’, ‘Be Her’ and ‘Loving Life Again’.
There’s also been the addition of her latest release with friend and megastar, Morgan Wallen, ‘I Can’t Love You Anymore’. We’d hopefully see a couple of the deeper cuts from ‘Dandelion’ like ‘Me and You Time’ and ‘We Know Us’ along with some old favourites like ‘paint the town blue’, ‘girl you’re taking home’ and ‘Excuse The Mess’.
Miranda Lambert has somewhat mentored Langley through this new album, having co-wrote on it and co-produced it. It begs the question, will she make an appearance on any of the nights? Surely it wouldn’t take much persuasion considering their friendship and her involvement. Watch this space…
Merch is likely to involve classic tour T-shirts, posters and something camo. We’re predicting ‘Choosin’ Texas’ and ‘Be Her’ slogans with a sprinkling of dandelions. We might get some kind of play on the Ella Fella but nothing has been spotted just yet.
The tour opens May 7th, in Toledo, Ohio and runs through to August 15th, 2026, concluding at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. With this being her first arena tour, tickets have flown out, so be quick to get a last minute purchase or keep your eyes on resale websites. Ella Langley will no doubt have everyone wanting to ‘be her’ this summer.
