2025 Grammy Awards: Date, Performers and Nominees

The 2025 Grammy Awards are set to take place on Sunday, February 2, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California.

With this year's eligibility period running from September 13, 2023-August 30, 2024, the nominees for next year's ceremony are scheduled to be unveiled on November 8.

This past February, the ceremony saw Taylor Swift take home Album of the Year for a record fourth time thanks to her blockbuster Midnights record, as well as Miley Cyrus nabb her first-ever Grammy for Record of the Year ('Flowers') and Tracy Chapman earn a euphoric standing ovation as she performed her classic hit, 'Fast Car,' with Luke Combs.

Representing the country and Americana genres were Lainey Wilson, who snagged the Best Country Album award for her instant classic, Bell Bottom Country, and Chris Stapleton, who took home both the Best Country Solo Performance and Best Country Song for his No. 1 hit, 'White Horse.' Zach Bryan and Kacey Musgraves were also successful on the night, picking up the Best Country Duo/Group Performance Award for their Billboard Hot 100 chart-topper, 'I Remember Everything.'

In the hotly discussed Best New Artist all-genre category, Jelly Roll, Noah Kahan and The War and Treaty all lost out to R&B / pop artist, Victoria Monét. Similarly, despite being nominated for several awards, Tyler Childers went home empty handed, while Brandy Clark won her first Grammy for Best Americana Performance ('Dear Insecurity' feat. Brandi Carlile).

With another monumental year for country music underway so far in 2024, it's likely going to be another highly contentious year at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards this coming February. In fact, if the genre's movers and shakers keep up this pace, the forthcoming awards may even see some country and Americana acts cracking into the main all-genre categories... but only time will tell.

The 2025 Grammy Awards will broadcast live on the CBS Television Network and stream live and on demand on Paramount+ on February 2, 2025.
