Thomas Rhett has been confirmed as the first headliner for Windy City Smokeout 2024.
The ‘What's Your Country Song’ hitmaker has been championed as a blockbuster addition to the festival, with Rhett being renowned for his eclectic array of energising, country-pop hits.
Attendees will relish getting the chance to hear uptempo chart-toppers such as ‘T-Shirt’, ‘Life Changes’, ‘Slow Down Summer’ and ‘Half Of Me’, along with more introspective, drawn-in fan-favourites such as ‘Country Again‘ and ‘Die A Happy Man’.
With Thomas Rhett continuing to tease new music, such as the unreleased ode to his wife, ‘Feelin’ Country’, Windy City Smokeout 2024 ticket-holders will be hoping the Georgia songsmith will have released his long-awaited Country Again (Side B) album by July.
Rhett is currently in the middle of his hugely popular Home Team 2023 tour, with upcoming dates on the books in Florida, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Alabama and Tennessee.
Windy City Smokeout 2024 will bring a range of big-name country artists to Chicago across July 11-14, with the full line-up yet to be unveiled. However, if past instalments are anything to go by, we feel pretty confident it'll be another blockbuster roster of performers.
At last year's festival, the packed-out crowd were able to witness blistering sets from a mix of rising stars and established stadium-fillers, with the likes of Zach Bryan, Luke Bryan, Bailey Zimmerman, Megan Moroney, Darius Rucker and Zac Brown Band all taking the stage.
