“My Heart is With Gaitok Tonight”: Noah Kahan Reveals He - Like the Rest of America - was Gripped by ‘The White Lotus’ Finale

After breaking into the mainstream with his now-iconic anthem, ‘Stick Season’, in 2022, Noah Kahan has built a reputation as one of the most relatable artists in today's industry.

Rather than allowing his social media channels to be kept highly polished and focussed around promoting new music, Noah Kahan - often hilariously - uses Instagram and X as a means of expressing random thoughts that come to him throughout the day.

One such instance arrived last night, with the ‘Northern Attitude’ singer-songwriter revealing that, like the rest of us, he was excitedly devouring the finale of The White Lotus.

With Season 3 approaching its dramatic conclusion, Noah Kahan quipped, “My heart is with Gaitok tonight”, referencing one of the hotel's security guards, portrayed by Tayme Thapthimthong, who acts as a love interest to Lalisa Manobal's Mook.

Prior to The White Lotus, Manobal was primarily known as a member of chart-topping South Korean group, BLACKPINK, with this serving as the popular artist's acting debut.

Seeing as The White Lotus Season 3 finale only aired last night (Sunday, April 6th), we won't drop any spoilers in case you haven't had a chance to catch up on what happened just yet.

But rest assured the series climax, which again pivots around the bizarre and eccentric incidents that occur at a fictional luxury resort in Thailand, delivered a slew of surprises and left-turns. This season alone is en route to surpass 18 million viewers.

Earlier in the week, Noah Kahan took to Instagram to endearingly underline his admiration for Bon Iver, who appeared on the Popcast podcast to delve into his mental health.

Noah Kahan gushed, “So real and so brilliant”, with the ‘All My Love’ crooner regularly donning Bon Iver one of his favourite artists. The duo are believed to have a duet up their sleeves, ’Wreckage Of You’, and we're hoping it'll feature on Kahan's new album.

Elsewhere during the weekend, Noah Kahan treated us to an unreleased song teaser - seemingly titled ‘Under the Glow of the TV Light’ - as part of an Instagram post, with the rollout for his keenly awaited Stick Season (Forever) follow-up picking up pace.
