To celebrate his triple-header at Nashville's Nissan Stadium across May 2-4th, Morgan Wallen is setting up a plethora of unique merchandise options and fan experiences around the venue.
Three distinct merchandise pop-ups have opened at 401 South 1st St outside the Nissan Stadium, including a special Field & Stream x Morgan Wallen store, featuring one-off items from Morgan and Eric Church's newly revamped outdoors lifestyle brand.
Fans have been particularly excited about the prospect of being able to purchase the Field & Stream ‘Norris Bear’ cap, which was designed by Morgan and pays homage to his upbringing in East Tennessee near Norris Lale. Morgan debuted the cap during his 2024 tour launch at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Speaking ahead of the Norris Bear cap being made available, the Sneedville singer-songwriter explained the inspiration behind the distinctive imagery, “I spent a lot of time on Norris Lake growing up in East Tennessee, and the tales of Davy Crockett’s skills as an outdoorsman and his bravery are legendary around there. So this hat is a nod to home, and the times in my life that shaped who I am”.
Additionally, alongside the Field & Stream x Morgan Wallen shop and the standard Merch Trailer, the Nissan Stadium's lawn will play host to a Mamaw's Porch pop-up, which will offer fans the chance to purchase a range of tour tees, caps and more.
It'll also provide aficionados with the opportunity to have a picture taken in front of a model of the famous Mamaw's Porch from Morgan Wallen's One Thing At A Time album cover. This replica doubles up as a nod to Morgan's much-loved duet with Thomas Rhett, ‘Mamaw's House’, which hit No. 1 at Country Radio in March.
Morgan opened a similar pop-up during his 2023 run of tour-dates in Toronto, and ticket-holders for his forthcoming dates will be hoping similar merchandise events are being planned.
Morgan Wallen kicks off the first of his three shows at Nashville's Nissan Stadium this evening (Thursday, May 2nd), and we suspect he'll be treating audience-members to further live renditions of his eagerly awaited unreleased ballad, ‘Lies, Lies, Lies’.
It'll be fascinating to see whether the ‘Last Night’ hitmaker decides to perform his highly anticipated Post Malone collaboration, ‘I Had Some Help’, which they debuted at Stagecoach and is rumoured to be arriving on streaming platforms on May 10th.
