Morgan Wade has released a video for her song ‘Wilder Days’.
Fresh off the back of the release of her debut album Reckless, Wade has released the video for lead single ‘Wilder Days’.
This weekend (April 10), Wade will perform the song on the CBS show This Morning: Saturday, along with ‘Don’t Cry’, and pop-influenced ‘Last Cigarette’.
In the video, Wade stars alongside fellow artist Josh Jakub.
The pair roam Nashville, sitting uncomfortably through a we've-all-been-there-before date, while envisioning the contrasting evening of pool and dancing at the famed Santa's Pub - which could have been their reality had they met years earlier.
She sings “Who were you before I knew your name? Were you drunk at midnight waiting for the train? You could have been anyone back then...” as the different scenes play out.
Wade’s debut album has been praised for its authenticity and unvarnished vocals as she fuses her country and rock ’n’ roll influences.
