Husband and wife duo, Kane Brown and Katelyn Brown, are teaming up once again for a brand new collaboration, ‘Body Talk’. The track is set to arrive on Friday, November 22nd.
Fans have been eagerly awaiting a second duet from Kane and Katelyn for the best part of two years now, following the chart-topping success of their much-loved 2022 single, ‘Thank God’.
Arriving in September 2022 as part of Kane Brown's acclaimed Different Man project, ‘Thank God’ went on to hit the peak of the Billboard Country Airplay chart and No. 13 on the Hot 100, as well as earning Kane and Katelyn the 2023 CMT Video of the Year Award.
Kane Brown has shared a brief preview of ‘Body Talk’ with Katelyn Brown via YouTube, with the track exploring a more sensuous, uptempo feel compared to the gentle intricacy of ‘Thank God’. The new offering finds Kane and Katelyn swapping yearning lines across a sashaying, Latin-inspired instrumental and an infectious beat.
‘Body Talk’ will appear on Kane Brown's forthcoming studio album, The High Road, featuring previously released singles such as ‘Fiddle in the Band’, ‘Backseat Driver’, ‘I Can Feel It’ and the electrifying, EDM-infused ‘Miles On It’ with Marshmello.
The compilation of tracks that the ‘Bury Me in Georgia’ hitmaker has released so far seemingly hints that The High Road will find Kane Brown doubling down on his penchant for blurring the lines between genres. ‘I Can Feel It’, for instance, interpolates Phil Collins’ ‘In The Air Tonight’, while ‘Fiddle in the Band’ is decidedly traditional-leaning.
The High Road drops on January 24th, 2025, but thankfully, we don't have to wait that long before we can enjoy Kane and Katelyn's ‘Body Talk’, which will be released on November 22nd.
