Buckeye Country Superfest has unveiled its line-up for the 2025 event, with country mainstays Jelly Roll and Kane Brown topping the bill.

Jelly Roll recently took to social media to express his joy over headlining the Columbus, Ohio event next year, remarking on they city that he has held so dear. "This is home away from home, spent many a years here on and off," he shared just ahead of his sold-out showcase in the Ohio capital. "So many friends, so many family ... Columbus, I love y'all."

Taking place at Columbus' Ohio Stadium on Saturday, June 21, 2025, the festival will also welcome Holler favourites Megan Moroney, Treaty Oak Revival, Dasha and Conner Smith.

It follows the festival's 2024 event this past June, which saw sets from Zach Bryan, Billy Strings, Turnpike Troubadours and more.

Holler's Take :

The Ohio festival has continuously embraced country's wide range in styles in it's four-year tenure, with Luke Combs, George Strait & Chris Stapleton and Zach Bryan topping the bills in the years previous.

For those unaware of the festival's approach, the pivot from crossover alt-country heros like Zach Bryan and Billy Strings to two of commercial country's juggernauts in Kane Brown and Jelly Roll may seem jarring, but in the short history of the festival, makes a lot of sense. Each year, they're able to welcome the biggest acts across the genre, appealing to a wide range of country fans.

Megan Moroney and Dasha have undoubtedly become mainstays in the country scene over the past twelve months, and Moroney in particular transcends a lot of the perceived genre barriers that usually trap a commercial country act.

While Treaty Oak Revival may have seemed more fitting for last year's line up, it offers something a little different, a palette cleanser in the middle of proceedings if you will. They're also a band who certainly aren't averse to a big melodic chorus amongst waves of chuggy riffs.

Conner Smith, meanwhile, is a solid opener - he's an artist who's unquestionably found critical and commercial acclaim since the release of his debut album, Smokey Mountains in January. Don't be surprised to see him feature in some end of year lists by the time 2024 is done.

The most important thing, it's a unique festival line up. Buckeye has consistently proven to be a thoroughly enjoyable one-day event over the last three years, and this approach to booking is the reason for it.
