Jason Isbell has surprised fans by adding two solo tour-stops in the UK at the end of January, with the ‘Cover Me Up’ songsmith set to take the stage at Cadogan Hall and Union Chapel.

The unexpected couple of shows will take place on January 26th and 28th respectively, with tickets to both dates set to go on-sale from January 12th at 10am local time. The two gigs will feature support from celebrated Scottish artist, Roseanne Reid.

The UK Americana Music Awards are due to take place on January 25th at St. John's Hackney, and given Jason Isbell's unveiling as the recipient of the prestigious International Trailblazer Award, ticket-holders will be hoping Isbell's newly announced UK run of shows means he will be in attendance at the ceremony.

The January shows will give fans the chance to hear Jason Isbell performing a range of his solo material, with the singer-songwriter heading across The Pond without his 400 Unit band.

As a result, they promise to be intimate showcases of Isbell's groundbreaking lyricism, with the artist having earned a loyal fanbase over the years through his soul-baring releases.

Fans will be looking forward to hearing beloved songs such as ‘Elephant’, ‘24 Frames’ and ‘Traveling Alone’, as well as highlights from his acclaimed 2023 400 Unit album, Weathervanes.
