Dasha Teases New Album Dropping “Right Out Of The Chute” in 2025

In a new interview, Dasha has teased that fans can expect a brand new album in the near future, with the country prodigy confirming the project is dropping “right out of the chute” in 2025.

Excitingly, this implies that Dasha's third album is due to arrive in the coming weeks, with the record expected to include her latest single, ‘Heartbreaker From Tennessee’.

In her conversation with Billboard, the ‘Austin (Boots Stop Workin’)’ hitmaker explained, “You can expect an album right out of the chute - I'm really excited about it!” before underlining how much she's looking forward to her tour, “You can expect a lot of live shows. I'm gonna be on the road basically the whole year, so catch me on-stage”.

In addition, Dasha joked about what she'll be aiming to improve over the next few months as 2025 gets underway, “My New Year's resolution, when I get in moods, I'm in a mood, and I want to work on that with my therapist. So that's a cool one, to work on my moods, because I scare myself sometimes. I can't get out of them! I also want to start taking horseback-riding lessons again - I used to like jumping and do dressage, but I haven't done it in a long time, so I want to start lessons again”.

Given how ubiquitous Gracie Abrams ‘That's So True’ remains, it's perhaps unsurprising that Dasha cites Abrams as one of her favourite artists at the moment, “Honestly, I'm really on this Gracie Abrams train right now, and I feel like her music is just getting better and better. I'm really excited for any new music she puts out this year”.

Could a collaboration be on the way? With Dasha's pop sensibility and her penchant for vulnerable, open lyricism, a link-up with Gracie Abrams could be a match made in Heaven.

Either way, it seems we can look forward to a new body of work from Dasha in the first half of 2025, with the fast-emerging artist set to cement herself as Nashville's ‘next-big-thing’.
