Ashley Cooke has now spent a record-breaking three weeks at No. 1 on the UK Country Radio Airplay Chart.
Her slow-burning post-heartbreak anthem, ‘your place’, has reclaimed the crown from Post Malone and Morgan Wallen's ‘I Had Some Help’, which took the top spot last week.
Cooke's ‘your place’ has hit the pinnacle of the UK Country Radio Airplay Chart dated Friday, May 24th to Thursday, May 30th, racking up an impressive 892,931 impressions.
By triumphing this week, Ashley Cooke becomes the first artist to reign atop the UK Country Radio Airplay Chart for three nonconsecutive frames since the chart began in March 2024. Conner Smith has tallied two weeks at the pinnacle with his uptempo fire-starter, ‘Creek Will Rise’, as has Sam Hunt with his wistful earworm, ‘Outskirts’.
This marks a 33% increase from the previous frame for Cooke, with Luke Combs’ fiery, tempestuous single, ‘Ain't No Love in Oklahoma’, following hot on the heels of ‘your place’ at No. 2. The stormy track features on the blockbuster new Twisters movie soundtrack, which is set to drop on July 19th in tandem with the film itself.
Completing the Top 5 this week is ‘I Had Some Help’ at No. 3, followed by Nate Smith's ‘Bulletproof’ and Chris Young's ‘Young Love & Saturday Nights’ at No. 4 and 5 respectively.
The biggest mover during this frame is Zac Brown Band's breezy single, ‘Tie Up’, which has racked up a sizeable 2153% boost in impressions, taking the sun-soaked track to No. 32.
