Gavin Adcock

Hailing from Watkinsville, Georgia, Gavin Adcock's musical journey was one born out of adversity.

Adcock grew up working on his family's cattle farm before heading to Georgia Southern University where he was on his way to becoming a decorated football player. However, after suffering a knee injury in 2021 that all but ended his athletic career, he turned his focus to songwriting. Releasing his debut single, 'Ain't No Cure,' in August of 2021, the budding artist showcased the first taste of what has how become his signature mix of grunge-rock and rural country roots.

Peppering out a steady stream of singles over the next couple of years, including 'Thrivin Here,' I Know A Good Time,' 'DEEP END' and more, Adcock independently released his debut album, Bonfire Blackout, in May of 2023. By the end of the year, the Georgia boy had managed to turn heads in Nashville, securing a record deal with Warner Music Nashville by November.

His sophomore record, Actin' Up Again, came in August of 2024, totaling 16 tracks and featuring bonafide hits from the burgeoning hitmaker. With standout tracks like 'A Cigarette,' 'Run Your Mouth,' 'Four Leaf Clover,' 'Sober,' 'Sweetheart' and plenty of other instant earworms, the record delved into themes of hard luck, failed relationships and the escapism often found in drinking.

Defined by his raw, relatable persona, and often drawing comparisons to country legends like Trace Adkins and Waylon Jennings, Adcock lies somewhere between head-banging rock and twangy country. With rowdy live shows, unexpected antics at every turn and a dedicated legion of fans behind him, Gavin Adcock is on the cutting edge of the next generation of country stars.
