In the two decades since his crowd-funded debut, Closer, in 2016, Brandon Lake has cemented himself as one of the most successful and widely beloved figures in the Contemporary Christian Music space. Constantly challenging the notion that CCM must all fall into one ‘lane’, Lake has never been afraid to embrace genre-blending, regularly incorporating Rock, Rap, Country and Folk textures into his sound.

After building a stellar catalogue of faith-filled chart-toppers - including the ubiquitous church favourites, ‘Gratitude’ and ‘Praise’ with Elevation Worship - and an array of GRAMMY Awards, in the mid-2020's, Lake decided to venture into the Country world.

Fuelled by his viral, rock-infused collaboration with Jelly Roll, ‘Hard Fought Hallelujah’, Lake has delved deeper into the genre, recording soul-stirring duets with the likes of Lainey Wilson (‘The Jesus I Know Now’), Bailey Zimmerman (‘Just Believe’), Cody Johnson (‘When a Cowboy Prays’) and Gabby Barrett (‘As For Me & My Home’).

Lake has teased more Country crossover collaborations to come with HARDY, Russell Dickerson, Tyler Hubbard, Dan + Shay and more, with the ‘Gratitude’ hitmaker continuing to spread his Gospel-driven message to as many genres and listeners as possible.
