The Chief is back and better than ever.
On the heels of his ninth studio album, the long-awaited Evangeline vs. The Machine on May 2, Eric Church will be embarking on his Free the Machine Tour throughout the fall of 2025.
Kicking off on September 12 in Pittsburgh, PA, the trek will take the revered hitmaker to cities in Ohio, New York, Wisconsin, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Utah, Idaho, Washington and California, eventually wrapping up at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, CA on November 15.
Before then, though, the 'Springsteen' singer will be making his way across the pond for a pair of shows during the third annual Highways Festival at Royal Albert Hall in London on May 16 and 17. After that, he'll head back to Music City for a pair of album release shows at the newly-opened Pinnacle in Nashville on May 23 and 24.
This summer, Church will also be taking residency at the iconic Red Rocks Ampitheatre for a trio of special shows, with each night offering its own unique experience.
Along the way, The Chief is bringing a trio of fringe country heavyhitters.
For the first third of the trek, he'll be joined by 'Drunk (And I Don't Wanna Go Home)' hitmaker Elle King, followed by Marcus King Band for the second leg.
The run of dates will wrap up with stunning opening performances from Charles Wesley Godwin.
Eric Church concerts have long been renowned for the intensity of his performances and the electricity he sends fizzling throughout the crowd, and his 2025 shows will surely be no different.
With a smattering of fan-favorites such as ‘Springsteen,' ‘Drink In My Hand,’ ‘Smoke a Little Smoke‘ and ‘Mr. Misunderstood,’ among a long list of others, the entertainer will more than likely be filling the show with plenty of new cuts from Evangeline vs. The Machine across the 2025 dates.
Given the fact that Church's shows often span for an impressive 20-30 songs, there's always plenty of room for experimenting with the setlist - something we'll be keeping a close eye on as his 2025 Free the Machine Tour progresses through the year.
