Charley Crockett released his hotly anticipated concept album, The Man From Waco, towards the end of last year, and the ominous, storytelling magic of the project has led to the Texas singer-songwriter accumulating a suite of new fans in the process.
More recently, the ‘Welcome to Hard Times’ hitmaker confirmed an additional range of shows stretching into the summer, including new dates in North Carolina, Alabama, Colorado and more.
Having swiftly sold out his first Melbourne date, Crockett then added a second show at Northcote Theatre.
The famously stylish songsmith - who was voted Best Dressed Person of the Year in Holler's 2022 Reader's Poll - will undoubtedly perform his latest fan-favourite track, ‘I'm Just A Clown’, across his 2023 shows. Crockett played the jazz-infused song on Jimmy Kimmel Live in early December.
Fans will also be hoping that Charley Crockett packs up ‘Odessa’ into his touring suitcase, a song that was recently given its own studio-based music video.
More recently, Charley Crockett unveiled additional dates in the US and Canada throughout April, May and July.
These will take Crockett across Louisiana, Arkansas, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Ontario. These extra tour dates will be supported by fellow Texas singer-songwriter, Dallas Burrow.
In addition, Charley Crockett will be heading back across The Pond in September for a series of shows in the UK, before he takes his wealth of fan-favourite tracks across Sweden, Germany, Denmark and more as part of his 2023 European tour.
