Nothing says summer like a country concert at Tampa's Raymond James Stadium.
The sizzling sun, a beer-soaked pre-show tailgate and the perennial pirate ship in the corner of the venue all combine to create the perfect atmosphere for a raucous show under lights.
Zach Bryan is bringing his hugely popular 2024 Quittin’ Time tour to the home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Wednesday, August 14, following a momentous double-header at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia this past weekend.
Excitingly, the openers for Zach Bryan's Tampa, Florida tour-stop are Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit and the first ever signee to Zach's Belting Bronco label imprint, Levi Turner.
Zach Bryan has made no secret of the fact that Jason Isbell is one of his musical idols, with the ‘Motorcycle Drive By’ singer-songwriter even bringing out Isbell for a spellbinding duet of the latter's ‘King of Oklahoma’ earlier in the year in Detroit, Michigan.
We're hoping the two join forces once again in Tampa, with Zach Bryan often treating his audiences to an array of special guests. In Philadelphia, for instance, he brought out Bruce Springsteen, Shane Gillis and The Lumineers for a rousing rendition of ‘Revival’, which always serves as the grand finale and Zach's only encore song.
At past shows on his Quittin’ Time run, Zach Bryan has invited rapper Sexyy Red and TikTok personality Haliey Welch (otherwise known as the ‘Hawk Tuah’ girl) on-stage.
Zach Bryan is known for switching up his setlist, which can work both ways - it could mean you get to hear a spectacular live debut of a track from his lauded 2024 album, The Great American Bar Scene, or alternatively, if Zach decides to tinker with his running order, you may end up missing out on one of your favourite songs.
At many of his 2024 shows, Zach hasn't been performing his biggest hit to date, ‘Something in the Orange’, and at a handful, he's even omitted his 2023 Hot 100 chart-topper, ‘I Remember Everything’. Thankfully, he included both tracks in the setlist for his last show in Atlanta, Georgia, so we'll be keeping our fingers crossed the Oklahoma hitmaker chooses to perform both fan-favourites again in Tampa.
The parking lots are accessible from 3pm on August 14, leaving plenty of time for pre-show tailgate parties, while the doors open at 5:30pm. Zach Bryan tends to take the stage at around 9:15pm, and gives his all until 11pm - and sometimes beyond.
There's a full list of venue policies here for Tampa's Raymond James Stadium, but one thing in particular to bear in mind is that, if you want to bring a bag, it has to be a clutch purse no bigger than 4.5” by 6.5”. The organisers advise against bringing a bag at all.
If you're wondering what to wear, Zach Bryan has released an expansive selection of new Great American Bar Scene-themed items, with the ‘Oklahoma Smokeshow’ crooner also often selling tees and other pieces at the venue that are specific to the show.
At his recent Philadelphia concert, for example, there was a handful of merchandise inspired by Zach's beloved Eagles NFL team, which proved a big hit with fans.
A variety of resale tickets are still available here for Zach Bryan's keenly anticipated Tampa, Florida show - and if you're on the fence, rest assured it'll be another fantastic set, with Zach continuing to assert his dominance over the folk-country world.
Plus, he keeps fanning the flames of rumours that this will be his last tour ever, and while we're not sure how much credence these speculations hold, there is a chance that this could be the last opportunity to see Zach Bryan taking the stage in Tampa, Florida.
So if you are heading to Tampa, Florida, pack your favourite Zach Bryan merch tee and soak up the electric atmosphere at the Raymond James Stadium - it's his final Floridian tour-stop before ’Summertime's Close’, and it's sure to be a ‘Spotless’ performance.
