The Voice Season 30: Everything You Need to Know

The US version of The Voice returns for its 30th season, with a brand new judging panel consisting of Riley Green, Kelly Clarkson, Queen Latifah and Adam Levine. Green replaces John Legend, who steps away temporarily to focus on touring.

Much of the anticipation around the new season revolves around Green's involvement, with the moustachioed country star serving as an exciting addition to the line-up. Judging by the clips we've seen so far, viewers can expect plenty of playful banter between Green and Levine, as well as a healthy dose of duck-calling.

The first episode - a two-hour extravaganza - premieres on Monday, September 21st at 8pm via NBC, with the episode available to stream the next day via Peacock.

Then, to keep the momentum going strong, there will be two more episodes this week on Tuesday, September 22nd at 8pm ET and Wednesday, September 23rd, also at 8pm ET.

From that point on, new episodes will air on Mondays at 8pm ET on NBC, with each episode - much like the premiere - being uploaded to Peacock the following day.

In addition to there being a new face in the judging panel, there's also a new prize on offer for the winner. As well as the traditional $100,000 cash prize and Universal Music Group recording contract, the winner of The Voice Season 30 will secure a high-profile performance slot at the prestigious 2027 Governors Ball in New York City.

It means the stakes are higher than ever, with contestants hoping to emulate past victors - like Cassadee Pope and Danielle Bradbery - in achieving renown through the competition.

Carson Daly resumes his role as the host, with all four judges set to battle it out as they attempt to uncover America's next big star. Last season, Alexia Jayy from Team Adam triumphed, with Riley Green sure to be hunting a debut win in his first ever season.
