After announcing his colossal 2024 Beautifully Broken run back in February, the moment we've been keenly looking forward to has finally arrived - the first show of Jelly Roll's tour.
Jelly Roll is kicking off his sprawling series of tour-stops with a hotly anticipated performance in Salt Lake City, Utah tonight (August 27), with Warren Zeiders and Alexandra Kay both joining the ‘Save Me’ hitmaker as the opening acts.
The 20,000-capacity venue is expected to be packed out, and attendees are hoping Jelly Roll will treat them to a few previews of his newly unveiled studio album, Beautifully Broken.
As well as performing new singles such as ’Get By’, ‘Liar’ and ‘I Am Not Okay’, we're keeping our fingers crossed Jelly decides to introduce a few unreleased tracks into his setlist.
Of course, with Jelly Roll being a first-time ACM Entertainer of the Year at the 2024 ceremony, you can rest assured that he knows how to keep his audiences engaged from start to finish.
That means he'll be delivering all the hits, including his lustrous trio of soul-stirring Country Radio chart-toppers, ‘Son of a Sinner’, ‘Need a Favor’ and ‘Halfway to Hell’.
If you're planning on driving to Salt Lake City's Delta Center this evening, there are a range of cashless parking options on offer, as highlighted in the official venue map below:
This is the opening night of Jelly Roll's 2024 Beautifully Broken tour, so there are still a number of variables and uncertainties as to the set times and setlist. Nonetheless, judging from past performances, we imagine Jelly will take the stage at around 9pm, and will most likely deliver his trademark high-energy show until roughly 11pm.
Jelly Roll has been in the music industry for over a decade, and is good friends with a host of big-name artists and celebrities. Jelly loves to bring out a special guest or two, so keep your eyes peeled in case he decides to treat the Salt Lake City crowd to a surprise duet - potentially with one of his openers, Alexandra Kay, for the live debut of their Twisters: The Album offering, ‘Leave the Light On’.
One of the most exciting aspects of this being Jelly Roll's first Beautifully Broken performance is that we'll get to see his new tour merchandise range. Jelly has made a new Beautifully Broken t-shirt available via his online store, but we're hoping there will be more tees, caps and hoodies for sale at the Delta Center merch booths.
