The 51st edition of CMA Fest was already shaping up to be a heater, basically reading like a who's who of country music's best and brightest talent.
From the daytime stages and pop-up showcases, to the mecca of CMA Fest at Nashville's Nissan Stadium, it's four days of constant music and an undeniable buzz of excitement reverberating all through Music City.
As if the plethora of top tier sets weren't enough, country music lovers will no doubt be excitedly wondering who the staple surprise collaboration’ will be, something that CMA Fest has established quite the reputation for.
CMA Fest 2024 will be taking over the streets of Nashville from June 6-9, but in case you missed the memo or weren't able to snag tickets, the annual CMA Fest TV Special will be returning to bring you front row or help you relive some of the best country music moments of the year.
Airing on ABC on June 25 at 8/7 CT, the host's for this year's celebration of all things country music will be none other than beloved country-rap maverick Jelly Roll and the genre's top badass Ashley McBryde.
The highly-anticipated TV special will feature 30 show-stopping performances from the likes of Kelsea Ballerini, Brothers Osborne, Luke Bryan, Jordan Davis, Cody Johnson, Little Big Town, Parker McCollum, Megan Moroney, Carly Pearce, Shaboozey, Thomas Rhett, Bailey Zimmerman and more.
As a cherry on top, viewers will also be able to catch once-in-a-lifetime collaborations with Terri Clark & Lainey Wilson, Post Malone & Blake Shelton, Gretchen Wilson & Ashley McBryde, Clint Black & Jon Pardi and Big & Rich with HARDY, among others.
Serving as a three-hour highlights reel of the biggest performances from CMA Fest, this will mark the 21st year we've been able to enjoy a CMA Fest TV Special, this time executive produced and written by Robert Deaton and directed by Alan Carter.
