Thanksgiving may be over, but Zach Bryan is certainly still in a grateful mood as the ‘Something in the Orange’ hitmaker looks ahead to the final few shows on his 2024 Quittin’ Time tour.

Zach had concerts in Portland and Sacramento over the Thanksgiving period, which meant the folk-leaning country star was away from his home-state of Oklahoma for the holiday.

This could've led to a sense of loneliness for Zach Bryan, who sings about missing home on a tracks such as ‘Oklahoman Son’ and ‘Highway Boys’. However, it seems Zach was surrounded by his chosen road family, with the ‘28’ singer-songwriter looking fondly back on Thanksgiving via an emotional new Instagram post.

He expressed the bittersweet feelings that have accompanied the past few weeks, which have seen Zach Bryan facing widespread criticism online following high profile accusations of emotional abuse levelled by his ex-girlfriend, Brianna LaPaglia.

In the post, Zach Bryan shared, “It is all definitely gonna’ hurt, none of it’ll be easy, it’ll be fun and scary all the same, people will hate you and people will like you, there will be terrible times and truly great ones, you’ll learn when to come home and when to leave, you’ll learn when to speak and when to shut up, you’ll meet not only friends along the way but true family that you can trust more than you can trust yourself”.

Zach touched on his appreciation for those who joined him for Thanksgiving, “Then one day you’ll all end up at in a house in Sacramento with babies screaming, people laughing, praying and saying what they’re thankful for and that’s when you’ll finally snap out of it and understand the family you were pining for all this time was putting itself together right in front of your eyes and that’s when you’ll be thankful for every bad day. You will realize all these things make you innately human”.

The ‘I Remember Everything’ chart-topper concluded, “Thank you Tacoma, Portland, and Sacramento, hope everyone had the best Thanksgiving imaginable! We love ya”.

Tonight (Tuesday, December 3rd), Zach Bryan is kicking off his double-header of shows in Glendale, Arizona, before he heads to Salt Laky City, Tulsa and Brooklyn for the last shows of his Quittin’ Time run. Zach has confirmed he will not be touring in 2025, with a smattering of shows lined up throughout the year, such as his headlining Stagecoach Festival 2025 set, two shows at BST Hyde Park 2025 and more.
