In typical Zach Bryan fashion, just when we think we've cracked the code, he proves us wrong.

After getting what seemed like an official date for his highly-anticipated next project from The Lumineers' Wesley Schultz, who's featured on a track titled 'Spotless,' Bryan took to socials Wednesday afternoon (August 9) to share the artwork and release date for the album, saying simply, "August 25th."

For months, fans have assumed that the title of the next record was going to be Writers and Fighters, but if the artwork is any indication, the August release will actually be self-titled.

While we have yet to see a tracklist for the album, Bryan has said in the past that it will only be 11 songs long. However, based on the outpouring of song snippets he's shared on social media over the last several months, fans have speculated that Zach Bryan could be as long as 30 songs.

Now we wait until August 25...
