Morgan Wallen headlines Minneapolis’ U.S. Bank Stadium tonight (April 10th) and tomorrow (April 11th) - and we have some suspicions as to who will be joining him for his now-iconic pre-show walk-out, including Thomas Rhett, HARDY and Theo Von.

Wallen's walk-out has become a beloved tradition ahead of his shows in recent years, with the Sneedville megastar being joined by a dazzling array of stars from the sports and music worlds. We've seen him flanked by the likes of Travis Kelce, Tom Brady, Mike Tyson and even Drake - so naturally, we're wondering who we can look forward to seeing walking alongside the ‘Love Somebody’ hitmaker in Minneapolis.

Now, at a previous show, Wallen walked out with rapper Moneybagg Yo in Minneapolis as their collaboration, ‘WHISKEY WHISKEY’, reverberated across the stadium speakers. Moneybagg didn't have any particularly close ties to the city, and it seems this unexpected combo arose because the song had just dropped. As a result, we don't think there will be a second link-up at U.S. Bank Stadium this week.

We've broken down our pre-show walk-out predictions for Wallen's 2026 U.S. Bank Stadium double-header below, ranked by how likely we really think these cameos are...

Money On Me (Most Likely): Kirk Cousins, Kyle Rudolph & Jimmy Butler

We all know how much Wallen loves his sports, with the ‘Thought You Should Know’ singer-songwriter initially having aspirations of becoming a baseball player at his high school.

As a result, the vast majority of special guests at his pre-show walk-outs over the past few years have hailed from the sporting arena, and we suspect Minneapolis will be no different. As for who specifically will join Wallen, we reckon the country titan will recruit a famous face from one of Minnesota's leading teams.

If Wallen does go down the sports route, we imagine he'll opt for someone from either the Vikings, Timberwolves or Golden Gophers. Although he now plies his trade at the Las Vegas Raiders, Wallen famously gave former Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins a playful shout-out before a show in 2022, so he'd be a strong contender.

Wallen also wore a Kyle Rudolph jersey at previous Minneapolis concert, and with Rudolph being a longstanding Vikings legend, this is another one that would make sense.

A somewhat more controversial choice would be Wallen's good friend Jimmy Butler, who has been trying his hand at writing and recording some country music in recent years. However, despite leading the Timberwolves to the playoffs for the first time in 13 years back in 2017 and 2018, he was traded soon after, and he now tends to receive a chorus of boos whenever he returns to the Target Center.

Butler was a vocal supporter of Wallen throughout all his own controversies, so although it would draw a mixed reaction to walk out with the NBA star here, we could see it happening as a nice way of Wallen returning the favour and showing love to Butler.

Hope That's True (Very Possible): Thomas Rhett & HARDY

With Thomas Rhett opening on Night One and HARDY serving as direct support on Night Two, these would be highly plausible options for Wallen's pre-show walk-outs.

We could definitely see the HARDY pre-show link-up happening in particular, given how this Minneapolis concert is acting as a reunion of sorts, after the two close buddies and frequent collaborators spent much of the early 2020s out on the road together.

But at the same time, we're expecting Wallen to bring out TR for an on-stage duet of ‘Mamaw's House’ on Night One, and HARDY for ‘Come Back As A Redneck’ or ‘He Went to Jared’ on Night Two. It might ruin the surprise a little if either of them walk out with Wallen before the show, but most attendees are probably expecting Rhett and HARDY to emerge on-stage regardless at Night One and Two respectively.

F150-50 (Fifty-Fifty Chance): Theo Von

Von has been good pals with Wallen for years now, and Von is a former walk-out team-mate of his, with the comedian joining the country maverick in Nashville back in 2024.

We reckon this is a long enough gap to warrant another appearance from Von, especially considering he was spotted in Wallen's recent pre-Minneapolis Instagram carousel showing preparations for the concerts. In that mysterious image, Von is wearing an earpiece and microphone, perhaps suggesting he's playing some kind of role as an announcer or interlocutor on Wallen's 2026 Still the Problem Tour.

His friendship with Wallen and his presence in the lead-up to this Minneapolis double-header has us wondering if Von is about to make his sophomore walk-out appearance.

Just in Case (Wildcard Pick): Drake

Okay, this one seem a little more far-fetched on first glance - but hey, stranger things have happened.

Morgan Wallen and Drake have been friends ever since the Toronto rapper invited Wallen to appear in his ‘You Broke My Heart’ music video back in December 2023. Drake then joined Wallen for his Houston walk-out last summer, which reignited rumours that the duo were plotting a star-studded, genre-blurring collaboration.

We still suspect Drake has hopped on the long-teased extended version of Wallen's I'm the Problem ‘Interlude’, and with fans speculating that Wallen might have a deluxe version of that album up his sleeve named after his Still the Problem Tour, what better way to announce that project and the ‘Interlude’ remix than with a Drake cameo in Minneapolis. Who knows, perhaps he'll even join him on-stage for the live debut of their collaboration? We'll be keeping our fingers crossed...
