During what was already a surprise pop-up appearance at Nashville's iconic Bluebird Cafe last weekend alongside pop prodigy Ed Sheeran, Megan Moroney debuted a new, unreleased tune to a very lucky room of fans.

While limited to a few dozen patrons, videos of the writers' round, and ultimately the new song, quickly made their way onto social media, and if the new snippet is any indication of what's to come, our big sister Megan is gearing up for some of her best stuff yet.

Titled 'Beautiful Things,' the Bluebird song offers words of wisdom and empowerment across its first verse and what we assume are its chorus.

Much in the way of many Taylor Swift's greatest songs – think 'Change,' 'Stay Beautiful,' 'Fifteen,' 'Ours' and 'Mean' – 'Beautiful Things' promises that despite life's many challenges, tribulations, ups and downs, everything will work out exactly how its meant to.

"Ice can break a fragile heart / And doubt can crush your dreams / But, honey, just take it from me / The world is hard on beautiful things," she croons with conviction before adding an affirming, "Everything's gonna be alright / You're gonna be alright."

'Beautiful Things' marks the second unreleased teaser from the Georgia hitmaker since releasing her lauded sophomore record, Am I Okay?, in July of 2024, as well as it's deluxe version in October.

At the top of 2025, Moroney dropped a snippet of a song that could be called 'Table for Two,' captioning it "for MM3." With any luck the highly-anticipated third record from the reigning CMA New Artist of the Year will be on its way by end and of the year.

For the lyrics to Megan Moroney's 'Beautiful Things' so far, see below:

A hurricane can wreck a beach
Words can make a mark
And birds forget they're born to sing

Ice can break a fragile heart
And doubt can crush your dreams
But, honey, just take it from me
The world is hard on beautiful things that shine
Everything's gonna be alright
You're gonna be alright
