The Steel Woods have announced their third album All of Your Stones.

The announcement came alongside the release of the title track, which is full of optimism despite the recent death of founding member and guitarist Jason ‘Rowdy’ Cope.

The songwriter and guitarist passed away in January of this year aged 42.

The record is due out on May 14th and boasts 10 tracks, six of which were co-written by Cope, including the title track written with Jamey Johnson and lead singer, Wes Bayliss.

‘All of Your Stones’ is an inspirational number focused on overcoming criticism and hate and turning those negative things into something positive.

The record also features a cover of Lynyrd Skynyrd’s ‘I Need You’ sung with Ashley Monroe.

The album pays homage to Cope in a number of ways, from the songs he was working on just before he passed away to Bayliss’ longing tune ‘Ole Pal’.

The band burst onto the scene in 2017 with their debut album ‘Straw in the Wind’ and continued to build their fanbase with sophomore album ‘Old News’.
