The Red Clay Strays Cover Johnny Cash's ‘Ring Of Fire’ at Zanies in Nashville with Bert Kreischer

The Red Clay Strays made a surprise appearance at Zanies in Nashville to perform Johnny Cash's iconic hit, ‘Ring Of Fire’, alongside a slew of comedians on Monday evening (June 24).

During the popular Zanies Comedy Club outing in Music City, which featured Bert Kreischer, Steve Byrne, Nate Bargatze and Joe DeRosa, Brandon Coleman and his band-mates unexpectedly took the stage for what appears to be an impromptu performance.

Brandon's signature baritone can be heard echoing out through the beloved venue, with the comedians giving their all as the eclectic on-stage grouping bellowed out Cash's anthem.

Bert Kreischer is an avid country music fan, with the bearded comic having appeared on-stage with Jelly Roll earlier in June for his Spotify House set during CMA Fest 2024.

Attendees at Zanies Comedy Club will have undoubtedly relished the chance to witness one of the most exciting new bands in country music performing live, although they'll have been hoping the five-piece band might've treated them to a sneak preview of some unreleased music from their sophomore album, Made By These Moments.

The keenly anticipated record is set to arrive on July 26th, with the Alabama outfit continuing to drum up a buzz with new singles, ‘Devil in My Ear’, ‘Wanna Be Loved’ and ’Drowning’.
