Post Malone, Lainey Wilson and prolific songwriter Ashley Gorley made a surprise appearance at Nashville's iconic Bluebird Café, with Posty continuing his foray into country music.

The bearded crooner treated the intimate audience to a lively rendition of his momentous Morgan Wallen collaboration, ‘I Had Some Help’, in addition to his Spiderman: Into the Spider-Verse hit, ‘Sunflower’. The latter, which was originally a collaboration with Swae Lee, remains the only song in history to be certified double-Diamond.

With these kinds of writers’ rounds, there's always a warm, familial ambience, and this was evident throughout the three performers’ sets, particularly when Lainey Wilson endearingly joined in during Posty's venue-wide sing-a-long of ‘I Had Some Help’.

Ashley Gorley has been working closely with Post Malone for his eagerly awaited debut country album, which is expected to drop later this year with the title, F-ONETRILLION.

Gorley, who has penned an array of hits such as Lee Brice's ‘One of Them Girls’ and Morgan Wallen's ‘Sand in My Boots’, co-wrote Post Malone's recently teased ode to his daughter, ‘She Ain't Yours’, with Posty, Taylor Phillips, Ernest and Charlie Handsome.

Post Malone's first performance at the Bluebird Café, one of Music City's most revered writers’ round venues, is the latest in a string of high-profile appearances within country music, following his electric double-header of CMA Fest 2024 sets.

Excitingly, it seemingly signifies that his album is on the horizon, with his ’I Had Some Help’ follow-up single, ’Pour Me a Drink’ with Blake Shelton, arriving this Friday, June 21st.
