Global megastar, Tate McRae, surprised the crowd at her Nashville, Tennessee tour-stop by bringing out Megan Moroney for a stunning duet of the latter's hit single, ‘Tennessee Orange’.

Before introducing her good friend, Megan, Tate gushed about how much she was relishing the chance to perform in Music City, underlining, “I love Nashville so, so, so much”.

The Ascend Amphitheater erupted into a chorus of screams and cheers when Megan Moroney strode onto the stage, with the duo delivering an intricate, stripped-back rendition of Megan's chart-topping, football-themed 2022 track, ‘Tennessee Orange’.

Their sinuous vocals combined seamlessly, with the genre-blending link-up leaving many fans clamouring for Tate McRae to follow in the footsteps of Beyoncé, Post Malone and more by venturing from the pop and R&B world into country music.

Tate McRae had teased that Megan Moroney might be in the building ahead of her Nashville show, with the ‘exes’ singer-songwriter sharing a tantalising photo of Megan's iconic, bejewelled guitar on her IG Story shortly before her set commenced.

Tate McRae is taking her arsenal of chart-toppers to Indiana, Massachusetts and more throughout August, while Megan Moroney continues her run supporting Kenny Chesney and Zac Brown Band on their hugely popular Sun Goes Down tour.
