If you thought Shaboozey's summer hit, 'A Bar Song (Tipsy)', couldn't get any hotter, think again.
EDM's heavy-hitters Alesso and David Guetta have fanned the flame, putting their high-energy spins on the viral tune for a pair of remixes that take the song up several notches. Additional remixes of the hit are said to follow.
The now-2x Platinum single, which interpolates the 2000s hip-hop opus 'Tipsy' by J-Kwon, quickly launched Shaboozey up the charts and landed him among the buzziest acts in the country genre today. In the handful of months since its release, the song has amassed over 550 million streams and earned the star positions on several Top 10 charts around the world.
'A Bar Song (Tipsy)' is the lead single from the Virginia native's recently dropped third studio album, Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going, a record that has produced a number more successes for the artist, including the Noah Cyrus duet 'My Fault.'
Speculation over another high-profile collaboration was recently ignited when the artist shared a since-deleted video of him FaceTiming fellow country hitmaker Morgan Wallen with the caption, "@MorganWallen pickup my boy..."
With Wallen suspected to be working on the follow-up to his One Thing At A Time album, it's not out of the realm of possibility that Shaboozey could feature on the impending endeavor.
