After being forced to pull out of this year's event, Morgan Wallen has been confirmed as a headliner at 2024's Gulf Coast Jam.
The ‘Last Night’ hitmaker was originally due to perform at this weekend's instalment of Gulf Coast Jam, but had to withdraw from the line-up after re-injuring his vocal chords in early May.
It serves as welcome news for Florida's passionate country fanbase, who had been keenly looking forward to Morgan Wallen's performance at Panama City Beach. It'll be worth the year-long wait, with the Sneedville chart-topper being renowned for his electric, high-energy sets, which are peppered with hits such as ‘Up Down’, ‘Whiskey Glasses’ and ‘Wasted On You’.
Nonetheless, 2023 Gulf Coast Jam attendees will get the chance to witness a stellar replacement for Wallen, with No Shoes Nation figurehead, Kenny Chesney, filling in for his fellow Tennessee native.
This year's Gulf Coast Jam is already underway, with festival-goers having rocked out to Morgan Wallen's good friend, HARDY, last night, as well as Breland, Dylan Marlowe and more.
Tonight (June 2), ticket-holders will be serenaded with a slew of Miranda Lambert's biggest hits, including ‘Gunpowder & Lead’, ‘Tequila Does’ and ‘Bluebird’. Fans will also be hoping to get a sneak preview of Lambert's upcoming duet with Leon Bridges, ‘If You Were Mine’.
Also set to perform across the Gulf Coast Jam weekend is Ernest and Bailey Zimmerman. Both country prodigies are preparing to join up with Morgan Wallen once again as he resumes his 2023 One Night At A Time world tour on June 22.
