Mickey Guyton appeared on NBC's Today show on Monday (Dec 21) to perform a stunning rendition of the hymn 'O Holy Night'. The Grammy-nominated singer performed an exclusive live rendition of the track for the show, having recorded it for Apple's Carols Covered, an exclusive collection of festive songs performed by notable acts of 2020.
It's an immediately arresting rendition, Guyton reimagines the traditional hymn into a far-reaching, soulful and heartrending standard. With such warmth and power in her voice, Guyton shows once again why she is quickly becoming a boundary-breaking star.
In what's been an undeniably stand-out year for the LA-based singer, Guyton is also set to kick 2021 off with a bang - performing hits from her stand-out 2020 EP Bridges at the Rose Parade New Year Celebration. The special will air on January 1, 2021.
