Megan Moroney Announced As First Headliner For Country Thunder in Arizona and Saskatchewan 2027

Megan Moroney has just been announced as the first of the 2027 Country Thunder headliners for two of the festivals.

The ‘Cloud 9’ singer will headline Country Thunder Arizona on April 11th and Country Thunder Saskatchewan on July 11th.

“See you on Cloud 9☁️💕” the festivals captioned their announcement posts after heavily teasing Moroney for the last few days. The pink and white boots, the pink sparkly microphone, it could only really be one person: country music’s favourite Georgia Girl.

Moroney steps into the shoes of past headliners like Lainey Wilson, Riley Green, Kane Brown, Zach Top, Keith Urban and Gavin Adcock, all of which topped the bills for this year’s run of festivals across Arizona, Florida, Wisconsin and Saskatchewan.

Country Thunder Arizona kicks off the yea, running from April 8-11th in Florence, then Country Thunder Saskatchewan follows later in the summer in Craven on July 8-11th, with Megan Moroney hitting both of those Sunday headline slots, making these her biggest festival appearances of her career.

Single day tickets are now on sale, with both festivals running a competition to win a pair to see Megan Moroney.
