To celebrate the opening night of his headlining Larry Fleet Live tour, Larry Fleet has released two brand new singles, the introspective ‘Daddy Don't Drink’ and the uplifting ’Try Texas’.

‘Daddy Don't Drink’ explores Fleet's evolving identity as a father, and how the birth of his child inspired him to quit drinking once and for all.

It introduces the faith-based lyricism that he showcased on his hit song, ‘Where I Find God’. The 2021 anthem was recently certified Gold.

The second of the new singles, ‘Try Texas’, first appeared on Fleet's 2022 live project, The Live Sessions, Vol. 1.

The euphoric track finds Larry Fleet seeking a ‘brand new start’ in the Lonestar state. It's an escapist delight that fans have been clamouring for since they first heard the live version last year.

Larry Fleet kicked off his 2023 tour in Little Rock, Arkansas on the same night he released ‘Daddy Don't Drink’ and ’Try Texas’. His tour will take him across Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia and more.

The emotional weight and gravitas of the two new songs suggests Larry Fleet is readying another stellar project, following the release of Stack of Records back in 2021.

Fans will be hoping news of the record is on its way sooner rather than later.
