Who's ready to be Team Kelsea?
Kelsea Ballerini will take her place on one of The Voice's iconic red thrones in the spring of 2025. She will be joining the singing competition show's always illustrious panel of judges.
When she graces the long-running NBC program for its 27th season, though, it will not be the beloved country sensation's first Voice rodeo. The star has made a number of appearance on the show before, once during Season 16 as an advisor in the Battle Rounds, and again in Season 20 when she acted as a fill-in coach for Kelly Clarkson.
Now, it is time for her to take her place as an official coach alongside a panel that will be made up of red chair veterans Adam Levine, John Legend and Michael Bublé.
Ever since the show began in 2011, The Voice and country music have gone hand in hand, the competition having welcomed innumerable contestants with a penchant for the genre. It has even helped launch the careers of many, like Nicolle Galyon, RaeLynn, Cassadee Pope and Morgan Wallen.
With Ballerini at the helm to guide even more budding country acts during Season 27, Nashville's next star could be in the mix.
